I reside outside Singapore; can I still sign up for the online course?
Yes. Our online courses are open to anyone in the world. We welcome you no matter where you are!
Can our office participate in the online course as a group?
No. Unlike webinars that are purchased at the institutional level, online courses are intended for individual learners. Each online course participant must be registered individually to access live class sessions and lesson content.
What are the payment modes and currencies that are accepted for the course enrollment fee?
You can pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or PayNow. All our online courses are priced in Singapore Dollar (SGD).
Are there any pre-requisites or language requirements?
There are no pre-requisites. Our online courses are open to students of all backgrounds who are 16 years of age and older. All online courses are conducted in English or Malay and it is highly recommended that students have a conversational knowledge of either language.
How do I select an online course?
Visit our website at www.arrayyan.com.sg and browse our online course catalog to ensure that you find a course that reflects your interests. Still not sure what course is suitable for you? Feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with some information on what you hope to learn. We can then provide some personalized course advisement.
Do I need to buy any learning material?
All the required accessible reading materials are included in the online course. Instructors may provide recommended and suggested texts for further exploration.
How do I sign up for an online course?
Visit our website at www.arrayyan.com.sg and select a course from the menu of online courses and preferred online course schedule. You will need to complete the form and submit payment by credit card or PayNow. You will receive an email acknowledgment when your registration is complete.
My payment did not go through. What do I do?
We apologize for this inconvenience. We encourage you to reach out to your financial institution for assistance. You are also welcome to write to email@example.com for further guidance. Please wait a full 24 hours before trying again. A strong Internet connection and an up-to-date browser are strongly recommended.
I am registered with your online course. Now what?
Three days before the course, you will receive a confirmation email with information on when and how you can access your course. Check the details.
What should I do if I need to change the online course schedule?
If you do need to change the online course schedule, email to us three days before the course begins.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend my online course?
In order to be granted a full course refund, you must cancel your registration by sending an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 full business days before the online course’s start date. Please note we are unable to reimburse for any currency conversion fees charged by your credit card issuer.
